Policies & Etiquette
When you book a session you will be required to sign a contract agreeing to the following policies
Reservations
All appointments must be reserved online. Time is allocated for each guest, therefore a credit card and deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. This applies to all reservations, including those paid for with gift cards. Services and prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 48-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges for the full value of service. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of service.

Less than 48 hours notice: Full service cost
No show/no notice: Full service cost
Payment
- The following are acceptable forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, cash, gift card
- Gratuities are not included in the value of the service and are at the discretion of the guest.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Gift cards are sold in dollar amounts, not for specific services.
- Gift cards must be present at the time of redemption. The available balance will be applied to the transaction.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card.
Etiquette
- Please arrive on time or early. In order to begin your massage journey in a relaxed state, please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration for other guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals and the full price of your service will be charged.
- Valuable items should be left at home. It's easy to forget things in a relaxed state, but the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- I accept massage guests of all ages. However, guests under 18 years of age will require a parental release before service can be rendered. Hypnosis guests must be 18 years or older.
- Only those receiving service are allowed in the spa. If you are the only one receiving service, please arrive unaccompanied.
Special Accommodations
Please notify me if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions that need to be considered. This includes pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, disability, aggressive medications, and so on.
